Karim El-Marouk
Karim El-Marouk is a final-year medical student from Munich, Germany. He is currently working at the Steele Lab as a visiting researcher as part of the PDAC team, focusing on improving treatment outcomes and investigating the role of Losartan in (lympho)vascular remodeling. In Germany, he gained clinical research experience through his work on multimodal treatment of lung cancer patients (NSCLC). He has already published and presented his research at national and international scientific conferences. After his return to Germany he will finish his MD studies and pursue a residency in Oncology, potentially in the US.
